In Manchester by the Sea Casey Affleck plays the character of Lee Chandler, a handyman trying to comfort his teenage nephew while coping with a tragedy from his past and his grief over his brother’s death.

Ryan has played the role of Sebastian in La La Land who is a jazz pianist whose life takes some unexpected turns as he struggles to make it as a musician in Los Angeles. It is his second time nominations in Academy Award.
Gosling is a Canadian actor and musician. He was born on November 12, 1980 in London, Ontario, Canada, although he grew up in Cornwall.

Denzel Washington – Fences
Denzel Washington plays the role of a middle-aged man named Troy Maxson in Fences whose bitterness over his sports career and life as a black man in 1950s Pittsburgh threatens to tear apart his family.
He began acting in small theaters and after graduating he moved to San Francisco to enroll in the American Conservatory Theater. After a year of training, Denzel started looking forward to working as an actor.
