The wait has come to an end – the Oscar nominations are known! On 13th January 2017, the Oscars nominations voting closed and the final nominations announcement of the 89th Annual Academy Awards have announced on 24th January 2017. And as expected, the musical romance “La La Land” has received the most nominations in 14 categories out of 24. This is the film of Damien Chazelle, in the leading roles with Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling. The Oscars will be given at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles on February 26th, Sunday.
